4. Cancellation & Refund Policy

• Refund eligibility depends on third-party providers (transport, accommodation) and timing of the cancellation.
• No-shows or last-minute cancellations may result in full forfeiture of payment.

5. Traveler Responsibilities

Travelers are responsible for ensuring they meet visa, health, and insurance requirements. Hub of Trails is not liable for denied entries, missed flights, or inadequate travel documentation.

6. Liability & Disclaimer

Hub of Trails acts as a curator and intermediary. We are not responsible for acts or omissions of third-party providers including transport, lodging, or activities.
